Size
Size 1 is 24ml capacity (medium flow - generally women who haven't given birth vaginally).
Size 2 is 34ml capacity (heavy flow or women who have given birth vaginally).
How to use
Cleaning
Rinse between uses when on the go, and wash and sterilise between uses once you are back home.
It is handy to carry a wet bag for your reusable period products while out and about.
This product is exempt from GST.

Once home, you can use either a dedicated menstrual cup cleaner, or simply use a gentle, unscented, oil-free soap.
According to Healthline.com. you should avoid using any of the following chemicals to clean your menstrual cup:
Avoid the following:
- antibacterial soap
- oil-based soap
- scented soap
- baking soda
- bleach
- dishwashing liquid
- hydrogen peroxide
- rubbing alcohol
- vinegar
To sterilise your cup, submerge in boilin water for 10 minutes.
Cleaning
Store in a wet bag when on the go. Include in the regular wash once at home. You can dry pail them or presoak if you prefer.
Wash in COLD water to minimise staining.
